Registration

The symposium will be held with in-person attendance at Istanbul Kültür University and the fees are as follows:

REGISTRATION DETAILS

Admission to all Technical Sessions, Plenaries, Keynote talks, Conference bag with Book of Abstracts, coffee breaks and lunches, welcome coctail party, Official Dinner (Only registrated authors), full paper publication in proceedings, taxes. The accepted full papers will be published in the fully indexed Springer Proceedings of SCCS 2025 upon checking the registration payment and the actual attendance of the conference exed Springer Proceedings of SCCS 2025 upon checking the registration payment and the actual attendance of the conference.

Substitutions
Registrations may not be transferred or substituted at any time.

Student Registration Fees
Student registration rates are only available to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students who have not yet received their Ph.D. Post-docs may not register as students.

Paper & Poster Presentation Policy
All scheduled presentations MUST be formally presented in person in Conference venue at the premises of Istanbul Kültür University. Specific instructions will be posted in the conference website.

Payment, Confirmation & Receipt
All payments are due in EURO (€). Registration fees are determined by the date the payment is received. Accepted methods of payment are online payments via credit card and wire transfers.
